As I'm unable to get sleep working with my 3900x on X570-p, I'm looking for other options to lower enedgy consumption. I enabled Eco mode in BIOS that should slash energy up to 60 % BUT according to AMD Power Gadget, there is zero actual change in either wattage or temps. Does the Eco mode require Windows?
