Migrating from a Hackintosh to a real Mac

I'm buying an iMac and I'm wondering if there is any way to seamlessly transfer files from my Hackintosh to a Mac? I'm a designer/developer, so it's important to keep all my local development environment intact. I used Mac's Migration Assistant to transfer files from Mac to Mac before, but I'm not sure if it works for my use case (Hackintosh to real Mac).
