Installer keeps crashing/restarting with 2 minutes left

OpenCore 0.6.1, Intel Core i5-4310U (Haswell), HP Folio 9480m

Mac OS X Catalina 10.15.6 (19G2021) (latest build), created the USB with createinstallmedia as per the guide. Installing to a spinning HDD in APFS format (only one I can see).

Tried the troubleshooting in the guide, still nothing. Tried different ports same result.
