How long would it take to know if your AppleID is blacklisted? (OpenCore 0.6.1)

Using OpenCore 0.6.1......
Say you were to mess up the iMessage / iServices setup such that your build isn't configured properly to keep you safe from getting your AppleID blacklisted.

I created a dummy AppleID account to test and after about 2 hours it is still working fine, but how long would it take for you to get caught and be blacklisted?
Like, I'm signed in, talking to someone with iMessage right now.... would it happen instantly, a couple hours, days? Anyone know? I'd like to know when I'm in the clear to use my real account.
