Help an indecisive fool choose his cpu/mobo

Hi, so my situation is I had a perfectly working skylake itx build till my mobo decided to die on me. So right now I have a few options: 1- Buy a used z170i and swap it out. About 200 CAD 2- update to a locked i5-9400+h310i (less of a pain to addy bcm wifi card and saves me a bit of money). About 320 CAD 3-update with an i5-9600k+gigabyte z390i pro wifi(more of a pain to switch the wifi card but can still do it). About 500 CAD

I have an rx580 and my computer is liquid cooled so it can take an OC easily. Anyways what would you guys do for this hackintosh?
