Has anyone had luck mounting a Pegasus R4, R6 or R8 RAID drive to the Hackintosh?

This is the enclosure I'm talking about. It's a TB1 model (they also made a TB2 and the current one is TB3). I'm using a TB1/2 to TB3 adapter. The drive shows up and works fine on my wife's Macbook Air with TB2 and a friend's Macbook Pro with the TB3 adapter. I can also see it physically connected on my Windows 10 partition although I can't get it to communicate with the machine. I've been poking around on here for a couple of days and I'm just wondering if anyone else with the AsRock z390 ITX/AC Phantom Gaming mobo has run into this issue.
