Unstable system after updating to 10.15.6

I had a very stable system before I updated my system to latest 10.15.6 (919G2021) supplemental update.

System Configuration:

Boot loader: OC 0.6

CPU: 8700

MB: Q370

Problems

1. USB ports stops working randomly and it doesn't respond until force reboot the system
2. I've seen multiple random system crashes as well.

Appreciate if anyone know how to debug this problem?
