I keep getting these messages but my mobo doesn’t have more than 15 USB ports...

Motherboard: Gigabyte H310M M.2

It has only 4 USB 2.0 ports and 2 USB 3.0 ports on the back panel, so I have 8 ports on the back panel and 3 internal ports (2 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0). Total of 11 ports and the limit is 15, so why am I being told that the limit is exceeded?
