Can't update Catalina

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to update from 10.15.4 to 10.15.6, which is required by Final Cut Pro 10.4.9.

Before trying to update via System Preferences, I've manually downloaded and installed Clover 5121 over the previous 5107 install.

Then I launch the update from System Preferences. The Apple progress bar appears for a few seconds, then the computer reboots, then Clover offers a new entry to boot from, "Boot Mac OS X Install for Macintosh HD - Donnǔes via Preboot". I select it and press enter, then I get an Error I'm unable to understand, with errors regarding GV wake-failure, AGU things or \\macOS Install Data\\Locked Files\\Boot Files\\prelinkedkernel.

I'm French and in the Clover entries, "Donnǔes" is buggy, it should be "Données".

Any suggestion? :)
