Windows triple boot issue

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this.

I'm using clover to dual boot MacOS High Sierra, Zorin OS and Windows 10. I'm using the Clover USB I used to install Hackintosh cause when I attempted to install Clover on my HDD it just did not work and the work I'd have to put in to get it to work didn't seem like it would match the payoff when I could just use the USB.
When I boot Windows however I get the diskcheck message saying I need to press a button to skip disk check, as the USB drive is registered as corrupt in Windows (I ran checks to see if any of my normal drives were classed as "dirty") I'm not sure if there's a way to disable the disk check but I'm worried about missing the button prompt and then loosing access to my other partitions so if someone knows how to disable the diskcheck somehow that would be appreciated.
