Using the correct macOS DMG for Open Core?

Hey all,

I managed to get ahold of an i9-10900k and will be putting my first Hackintosh together soon (already bought the CPU, a Gigabyte Z490 Vision D mobo, Sapphire Vega 64 GPU, and a fenvi T919 WiFi card). I see that there has been success on this chipset using Open Core 0.5.9 and OS 10.15.5. I went to the App Store to get the Catalina DMG (from my MBP running HS), and what I ended up with is called

macOSUpdCombo10.15.5.dmg

Is this what I want for Open Core? Or is this just to update from an older version of OSX and isn't the full OS?
