OpenCore somehow got hold of my main drive?

Hi guys, I'm running Vanilla Catalina with Clover. Trying to fixing an (unrelated) issue I booted from an USB sticks EFI using a OpenCore configuration (and maybe clickediclicked something in the process).

Now, back to booting from my main drives (clover) EFI, it seem that OpenCore somehow got hold of my drive. While I`m back to my usual Clover-Bootscreen, it for some reason always boots in verbose mode (exactly like it did the first time booting that opencore efi). Hackintool shows OpenCore as the Bootloader as well under the Boot-Section.

My EFI partition seems clean, could opencore hooked into on my main-partition somewhere?
