Is it at all possible to reset the video driver with a hackintosh ?
The reason I ask is due to an issue I have noticed.
I purchased a miniDP to HDMI cable which should support 4k "@60Hz"
So I swapped my current "miniDP to DP" cable which I was successfully running 4k "60Hz" for weeks with the new miniDP to HDMI but i'm not getting 4k "60Hz", max is 4k "@30Hz"
Further to that, if i now switch back to my "miniDP to DP" cable which was running 4k "60Hz" I am now only about to get 4K "@30Hz"
What gives ?
