Hackintosh information for thinkpad P53s?

Hello, I am new to hackintosh. I am following the vanilla laptop guide. My thinkpad P53s specs is as the end of the post.

I have some questions:

  1. Is there anything different between creating a USB installer using a real mac, a hackintosh and a virtual machine? Some say that the virtual machine can create invalid/corrupt USB installers as in RehabMan's guide.
  2. For my thinkpad (except for dGPU and for the wifi adapter which I will replace it by a supported one), is there any part will not work or will not work properly ? the performance of the thinkintosh compare to an equivalent mac after I patch everything which are needed?
  3. For the Nvidia Quadro P520, can I use webdriver to install it in High sierra? Is there any hope for Mojave and Catanila?
  4. Can I install the hackintosh into a partition of my thinkpad which already has windows 10 pro? Is there any consequence? My only SSD is GPT already, and the boot partition size is already larger than 200MB

Thank you and good day.
