Hackintosh 2020 - $3k build for photo/video (macOS) / games (Windows) - thoughts?

Hai there

Finally, I get myself to the point that I need to extend my little bit oldie Macbook Pro (2014) and… I saw the prices of iMac's, so I decided to go with the Hackintosh ;)

Money

Let's start with the budget - I would like to fit in $3000,00.

Desc

This Hackintosh will be a home-machine for both video and photo editing (amateur, but 4K). I would like to use iMessage, Photos, FileVault and other Apple-like things as on my Macbook (including WiFi, BT with AirDrop and so on). It would be great if I can also have a Windows on the second SSD to play some games - twice a year or smth lol. I saw some nice build on YouTube -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9B_zYEcYHaE and I've prepared a list:

Full component list

CPU: Intel Core i9-9900k with 8 cores and 16 threads (BX80684I99900K)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 Designare - Thunderbolt 3 Titan Ridge controller builtin,

Cooling: Alphacool Eisbaer LT360 CPU water cooling,

RAM: G.SKILL DDR4 3200MHz CL14 Trident Z, HyperX 64GB KIT 3600MHz DDR4 CL17 Predator, F43600C17Q64GTZR

GPU: Vega Frontier Edition with 16GB of VRAM (enough for the 4K and the latest games with full-ultra-high-end FPS-whatever?)

Power: EVGA SuperNova 750W,

SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 1TB (or two - one for macOS and second for Windows)

HDD: WD Black 4TB (for photos/games)

What do you think? What I can do better? My budget is pretty flexible, so if I can have something much better for a couple more $ - it's fine.

Final question - the computer case. Should I look for just any ATX case or you can recommend something?

Thanks!
