Not sure what to try, honestly.
Specs: intel i7 9700
Asus rog strix z390-e gaming 16 gb Corsair lpx ram Rx 560
Boot feeds through iGPU, then halfway through when graphics initialize it disables the iGPU and feeds only through the GPU. at one point in fiddling with boot args, I had a mouse mirroring my gpu mouse on the iGPU display, which leads me to believe the GPU is just a mirror of my (blank to me) iGPU display.
