I had this issue before I update me os and thought this will resolve it it at least minimise it, but unfortunately it consists as is after the fresh installation of the latest Catalina
Not sure if the gpu is the problem or should I tinker around with something

Specs: Mac OS Catalina I7 9700k Gigabyte Radeon Rx Vega 64 8gb Z390 Aorus master 32gb of ram And nvme Samsung 970 pro 512gb
