Catalina in VirtualBox stuck while loading after moving .vmdk file to an external SSD

Hi there!

Basically, I bought the external SSD and moved the Catalina's disk from my internal ssd. The problem is, after changing .vmdk location in VM settings, the system's stuck while loading.

Another thing is, after moving .vmdk file from the external ssd back to the internal and changing the settings again, the system loads fine.

Can you please point me in the right direction? Thank you!
