Can't boot with 10.13.6, x99, 2x video cards and thunderbolt at the same time

I am having an impossible time trying to get my system to boot with a Thunderboltex ii card + 2x graphics cards. Everything works fine with one graphics card and one Thunderbolt card, or two graphics cards and no thunderbolt card.

I have tried many different combinations of the memory fix kexts.

OSXAptioFixDrv in combination with "test2.efi" works with best for me to boot without "Error Loading Kernel Cache" or "Couldn't Allocate Runtime Area" errors.

I can usually boot with ONE Video card and ONE Thunderbolt card with the other memory kexts after about 5x times of trying and restarting, but no combination is letting me boot with 2x video cards and the thunderbolt card installed at the same time.

Anyone have any ideas???
