HELP: Installed Clover, by error, on my Macbook Pro (Mojave)

Working with a Macbook Pro

I was following the instructions for creating a vanilla install USB: "/r/Hackintosh Vanilla Desktop Guide".
1. I created the USB Mojave installer using the standard method ("createinstallmedia").
2. I downloaded Clover_v2.5k_r5050.pkg from https://github.com/Dids/clover-builder/releases
3. I launched it, and didn't notice it was being installed on my Macbook Pro hard disk, rather than on the USB installer!

Now I have my EFI volume visible and Clover installed on it. I haven't rebooted.

Please help: How can I remove Clover from my machine? And return my EFI partition to its original state?
