Hey guys, I have a working intel nuc7i7bnh with mac high sierra and windows 10 on it. Because windows is being windows, it auto updated and now I have 2 boot options "Boot microsoft efi from efi" and "Boot microsoft efi boot from efi". I tried to delete windows.old , used the hide option in clover configurator and tried this guide and it doesnt work https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-clover-shows-two-boot-options-for-windows-efi.243457/ . I believe i renamed bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw-orig.efi to make clover boot up every time. The config file wasnt changed and is linked down below. Also the mac recovery thing popped up on the side as well. If its possible to remove that, that'll be great. If not, its fine.
