Any way not to let a GTX 1660Ti go to waste, in Mexico (no swapping, or computer shops around...)

Ive got a GXT 1660 Ti which I cannot use with my Hackintosh because Turing architecture. I use my Hackintosh everyday as I work with FCPX, but don't have any way to swap to return my NNVidia GPU because I live in Mexico and hence, no money.... Any ideas on how could I take advantage of the GPU? In any way, at all? Feel very bad about not even using it. If I use a Hypervisor, could the GPU make up for me giving the Windows VM only 1 core, while leaving 5 for the Hackintosh? But ESXi can't provide graphics acceleration anyway... Help?
