Ethernet and Audio not working

I installed the AppleALC.kext but it not shows anything. Then I tried to install vodoohda but it only shows the HDMI audio from my RX 580.

The second problem: Ethernet.

I got the AtherosE2200Ethernet drivers but i dont no how to install. Its a folder. https://imgur.com/a/6yfkfqu
