Need some advices to build a new rig

Hi,

I'd like to build a hackintosh. However, I'm not 100% sure about the components. I have read the guides to know about compatible hardware but I'd like your advices :)

My idea is to build a tiny pc (itx I think, the smallest possible) to use with my TV (which is 55" 4k HDR) as a remplacement of my Android box. I don't have a budget :)

I need :

- Wi-Fi

- Bluetooth

- Read 4K content (Netflix / Youtube)

Do you think a GPU is necessary ? I won't play or use heavy applications on it. (except some XCode maybe)

If you were me, which components will you choose ?
