every virtualmachine with mac os installed

My laptop : surface pro 6 / i7 / 16g RAM / intel uhd 620 / 1TB SSD

My virualmachines : VMWare 14 , virutalbox 6.0

My files : 10.13.6 vmdk , unlocker 2.1 , unlocker 3.0

I install virtualbox 6.0 with 10.13.6 first and everything goes right .

And then I install VMware 14 with 10.13.6 and vmtools from unlocker 2.1 , everything goes right except for the screen resolution problem which makes me re-install the program.

The flicker start happen when I install VMware 14 again with 10.13.6 and vmtools from unlocker 3.0 , and flicker continue when I re-install VMware and delete the old files ; moreover , the virtualbox running macos flicker too... And my surface pro becomes a little laggy after flicker happens in virtualmachine.

I've reset my surface pro but the flicker problem still exist , what can I do to fix it?
