Long story short, I stupidly left all of my drives plugged in while installing windows and then misclicked on my HFS+ hardware RAID (4tb) and deleted the partition before I realized it was selected. I didn't reformat and haven't written to the drive since, but I can't seem to find software that will do a bit-by-bit clone of that drive to another drive so I can try to recover using this TestDisk/Pdisk method without worrying about borking the whole drive with no backup. I tried Clonezilla, but it didn't find the lost partition on the RAID and only cloned the smaller data stripes (100-200 MB partitions). Anyone have any suggestions? I can't get into OSX right now because I don't have a bootable system drive at the moment. I plan to use Pdisk from a bootable USB.
