I built mine Hackintosh a few months ago, it's running smooth and fast, it's pretty stable too, I always keep my system up-to-date when Apple releases a new update, so far so good.
Basically, everything works for me, Airdrop, Wi-Fi, sleep/wake and USB, Hackintosh is really easy to do if you got the right hardware, I'm pretty happy with the result, it saved a ton of money for me.
