I just installed 10.14.2 with APFS onto my late-2013 iMac (which has a laptop 1TB HDD installed), and all my wineskin apps took MINUTES to launch. Nothing I tried could fix this, so I reverted back to 10.13.6 and HFS+ and it is back to 20 seconds cold launch, 5 seconds 2nd launch...
