Is it possible to use Clover to bootstrap Mojave installation (or any newer MacOS) onto older Apple hardware?
Due to my current Hackintosh success I have an old 2008 Mac Pro going spare. It's running El Capitan which is the last version of MacOS that supported it. I can't even make a clean install of that, since the installer is no longer available for download :(
One complication I can think of is that the card has a vanilla nvidia card in it (not the original one with Mac BIOS) so there's no boot screen visible, but I'm sure I can still boot from the USB by holding down Option. Worth it, or not?
