concerns about hackintosh

So I want to install mac os on my pc but i have several concerns

1. I use a almost new ASUS mobo so it has UEFI. My question is: will the UEFI in ANY WAY be affected by clover? I mean, can i just the day after i installed mac os take the HDD out and format it and it leaves no trace on my PC?

2. If the answer to the first question is that it won't affect my PC, will there be any dependency between the hard drive i have my windows installation on and the one i will install mac os on? so if clover is installed on one HDD, will it affect my windows installation on the other HDD?
