Contemplating triple boot on Thinkpad T430

So this is all looking quite overwhelming. I do general pc repair and would like my work laptop to be able to handle all my needs in one package as opposed to carrying two laptops around (one lenovo and one macbook). I honestly don't care much for OSX generally speaking. But features like target disk for example just make my life easier.

So this is my current config. I have my T530 dual booting with linux and windows 10. I have two drives one 250GB SSD and a 2tb storage drive in my dvd rom bay via an adapter. What I would like to have is windows and linux on my SSD and a small 200gb or so OSX partition on my 2tb while keeping the rest for NTFS storage. I don't really care if siri, imessage, webcam, etc work. Sound, wifi, and most importantly disk manager for target disk mode would cover me for the most part.

So should I even bother? Where do I get the image to install? Would I be able to get usb to thunderbolt etc adapters to do target disk and would they work? Is it worth the hassle?

I should also add that the T530 I am loading fresh already as I am switching over from my T430. However I have a ton of data on my 2tb storage where I am thinking I would like to install OSX so if I can avoid moving and wiping and moving back that would be nice. But I doubt that would be an option.

Thanks for reading.
