OpenCore 6.6.0 then applied a BigSur update....will not boot now.

system config is at bottom - This was an awesome running machine, i had Big Sur running fine.

i updated to OpenCore 6.6 then the KEXTs. Then i let apple apply the Big Sur update and then everything came to a halt.

I attempted to rebuild the config.plist (from the windows side) but it is still not working here is what i see when i boot.... haven't found anything to point to an issue. any ideas?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Board: ASROCK B450

GPU: RX580

Wireless: Broadcom Chip (apple compatible)

Dual boot (windows/mac) with fully separate drives for each environment.
