iATKOS Inside: Is it possible to convert a Clover hackintosh to OpenCore even though it was built using Rehabman's Hotpatch?

Is it possible to convert a Clover hackintosh to OpenCore even though it was built using Rehabman's Hotpatch?

I have an HP 840 G1 that I Success fully hackintoshed using Rehabmans HP guide. It's working flawlessly but when I tried to convert it to OpenCore, I get a CPU backtrace kernal panic. If possible can someone take a look at my two EFI folders to see if I did it right?
