Asus X99 won't boot Opencore 0.5.8

Using OpenCore 0.5.8, and followed https://Dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Desktop-Guide/config-HEDT/broadwell-e.html

Have Asus X99M-WS with latest UEFI firmware and patches to disable CFG-LOCK, verified with OpenCore that CFG is writable.
