Yes you saw it correct. I somehow got my VGA to work with High Sierra after alot of stress and 4 months of work.
And literally it just booted up automatically.
My Specs:-
i3-4150 @3.5Ghz
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
WD 1TB HDD 7200RPM
Asus Geforce 210 1gb (i know its crap)
It was a challenger for me, and i wanted to see how much performance can i get in macintosh through this lowspec pc. And voila! It works like a charm, no errors or anything and everything works fine with the Graphics Acceleration Available!
The Connection to the Monitor is VGA (no adapter or anything).
Needless to say, the config.plist file is pure basic, the default one, just injected nvidia and smbios is set to imac14,2. THATS IT! Kext's Ill List them soon in this Thread.
Overall it was fun to build this and im happy that i got vga to work with thing.
CHEERS!
