Thinkpad x230 - El Capitan install USB: Kernel panic kern_exec.c:4584

I have the latest clover installed with a fresh copy of OSX on a HFS partition, it Kernel Panic s when I try to boot it sadly: https://imgur.com/ed4EbjI

Its a Thinkpad x230 with the following:

• i5 3220m
• 8GB DDR3 ram
• 320GB HDD
