Latitude E7450 working with Catalina 10.15.4

Vanilla + Clover UEFI.

Haven't managed to get the touchscreen working yet, but looking at how its done... I don't think I need it that badly.

Thanks to the folks at osxlatitude.com. Their guides and bootpacks made this process a lot easier.
