Clover adds 3 files to \usr\local\bin?

Hello,

I keep Clover on the Windows 10 EFI partition. It works great but I noticed whenever I update Clover using the package it creates

C:\usr\local\bin on my Win 10 drive and inside are 3 files.

bdmesg

clover-genconfig

partutil

Does it add these files to mac OS if it is installed on a mac OS drives EFI partition? What do these files do? I do not have a /usr/local/bin on my mac OS drive just /usr/local/sbin.
