First Hackintosh build help

Hey,

So I will be building my first Hackintosh soon and I was wondering if I’ll be fine if I just chose my parts from the recommended list on Tonymacx86 ?

Also, I will be using this machine primarily as a workstation and playing games like fortnite occasionally. Would I need a dedicated GPU or integrated is fine ?
