I want to create a MacOS 14 VPS

I have this dedicated server from OVH which has a Xeon E3-1270 v6 which is based off Kaby Lake architecture with ubuntu.

I have successfully setup a windows VM using qemu and enabled remote desktop, but I was wondering is there a way to create a macOS VM using this CPU and successfully enabling hardware acceleration?

I was only ever able to get hardware acceleration working through my 8700k with iGPU acceleration but I don't have this CPU anymore. Also, it was a hackintosh, not a virtual machine. Not once was I ever able to get hardware acceleration working on a VM, even with my 8700k.

Since the CPU on my dedicated server is also kabylake, is it possible for me to enable hardware acceleration on this VM? or does it literally have to be an exact CPU that was used in their line-up?
