error with bootable flash drive in Ventura

Hi, I have the following hardware:

ASROCK B460M Steel Legend intel i5 10400

AMD RX 6600 MSI Mech 2X 8GB

Nvme WD 500GB

Fenvi T919

Since my Wi-Fi card doesn't work in Sonoma, I decided to downgrade Ventura, but I have problems when creating the Ventura bootable pendrive because I get an error trying to run it.
