[HELP] "This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform"

I'm trying to install macOS Sonoma on this laptop. So, I plug in the OpenCore USB and choose the installer option, and after some seconds I get "OCB : Startimage Failed: Aborted"

I looked through the log afterwards and couldn't really understand anything, so I'd like someone to make more sense of it for me. One thing I found was "This version of Mac OS X is not supported on this platform". It says on the OpenCore website that this means a wrong SMBIOS or an incompatible macOS version. I used MacBookPro14,1 (which I feel is the closest match to my hardware). The OpenCore site says it supports the latest version, but I tried doing Ventura too, and even Monterey didn't work.

Just to be clear, the log contains some lines saying macOS 11.0, but I'm installing 14.

About my device: Actually, Lucas Dondo on GitHub has already attempted a Hackintosh for the same laptop as mine (here), and he's got EVERYTHING same as my model except the CPU (I have a 7020U while he has 8130U). Just a proof that this Hackintosh is possible.

Lenovo IdeaPad 330 15-IKB (type 81DE)

i3 7020U (Kaby Lake)

8GB DDR4 (came with 4GB)

Intel HD 620 Graphics

Realtek ALC230 Soundcard

for rest see Lucas' GitHub page, I'm too lazy to type everything out here (again, I've got everything same other than the CPU)

And yes I used Dortania's guide. Although SO MANY things were unclear to me (I have never made a Hackintosh before), I still tried to follow everything as precisely as indicated. It took me a week to make this USB.
