Need assistance with installation

Hi guys!

I'm new to the community. I have experience with installing OSX on my pc back in the day with clover. I have been trying to install MacOS on my Huawei laptop for about the past 2 weeks using OpenCore to no avail.

Lately, I have managed to finally get the installer to actually begin to install, before, I would get it to install but I wouldnt be able to continue the install after first restart. The issue I am having is it is getting stuck during the install. It gets stuck about halfway and then after a force restart gets stuck at estimating time remaining after 2 minutes.

I need some assistance from someone more experienced than myself.

I have followed Dortania's OpenCore guide to the tee, and used the assistance of Profzei on the Huawei Matebook X Pro 2018 guide which is the exact specs of my laptop, being the same model.

I used Profzei's recommendations on the GitHub, as this has gotten me the furthest so far.

I am happy to provide anything you need, but I am unsure what site to use to share any files. I am also unsure if I can provide the links I used on this post?
