Big Sur installation in RecoveryOS stuck on 13/12 minutes remaining

CPU: Intel i7-10875H
GPU: RTX 3080 (disabled for obvious reasons)
RAM: 32 GB 2933 MHz DDR4
Motherboard/Laptop Make and Model: Razer Blade 15 Advanced (early 2021)
Audio Codec: Realtek 298
Ethernet Card: None
Wifi/BT Card: Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160 MHz
Touchpad and touch display devices: I2C Touchpad
BIOS revision: 1.03

I used Dortania's OpenCore guide and I tried to build my own EFI (did not boot at all). I then stole some kexts and config file from a successful hackintosh with identical specs and made some edits (serial number etc.). The machine successfully booted to RecoveryOS. As expected, touchpad and wifi did not work but that's not a huge problem. I understand that someone else's EFI might not work on my machine despite having identical specs but that's the only way I have gotten my machine to boot.

THE PROBLEM:

When installing Big Sur via RecoveryOS, the installer freezes once the estimated time reaches 13 or 12 minutes remaining. I tried the common troubleshooting steps such as resetting the NVRAM but to no avail. When I checked the installation log, nothing appears to be halting the install. I've been trying for over a week now and I still cannot find a solution to the issue. I am having trouble finding this issue online and I'm beginning to lose some patience after being at this for a week. I would appreciate any help! I'm still a rookie!
