Any way to speed up big sur kvm without passing gpu?

I have an hp laptop with pop os as primary + a mac os kvm. i only have a igpu, so i cant pass a gpu to the virtual machine. The vm is EXTREMELY slow even after allocating more igpu memory.

Here are my specs: i3 8130u (idk that model, similar name), 8 gb ram, intel uhd 620

VM configs: 3 cores, 6 gb of ram, 128 mb of visual memory (the memory of the gpu idk his name).

I run big sur on that vm and it works well but is almost unusable for the lag
