UPGRADING FROM Z390 to Z490

Hey guys, I’m running in to an issue trying to swap out the main board and cpu.

move got a fully bootable hackintosh in my z390 build
(Asus Tuf Z-390 gaming plus wifi)
i7-9700k
32GB (4x 8gb Corsair 3200mhz)
Samsung NVME 970 plus 256gb

and I’ve upgraded to a
Gigabyte UD AC
i5-10600k

everything else is the same

how do I go about installing MacOS onto new pc?

ive tried booting with old USB and it hangs at “random seed” with plenty of ++++++
Any ideas/help?
