I'm on Catalina (OC 0.59, 9900k Aorus z390 pro wifi Radeon VII) and its dead stable... So always at the time of the year when the current release is reaching its final polished version. Is it worth it to upgrade to Big Sur right now? Really looks like a cosmetic release... In fact I might prefer the Monterey look better. Also, purported advantages of running iOS apps only comes with M1 chip right?
