T470 BigSur Problems

Hi, Everyone.
I have a thinkpad t470 with the following specs:
i5-7300u
16gb 2133mhz Ram
gpu: hd620
Wifi: AC8275
and a Fibocom L831-EAU (That actually doesn't work and i dont think it will ever work).

My Problem is the following:

Sometimes the system boot and works "Perfectly", but 2 boot of 3 the trackpoint doesn't work.
Other times the system boot but only one usb is working all the other ones don't.
At least some times it doesn't boot properly and got stucked on the following error message:

Probably i have made a great mess so I apologize in advance but i dont really know how to solve it..

Ps. I have the dock for the t470, if i connect the pc to the dock, only the usb works, but if i turn on the pc on the dock also the video output it's working there is a method to make it hot plug?.
