(I tried to post a video of what I'm talking about but the post got immediately removed by the mods the video was me in system preferences clicking on desktop and screensaver settings and it locking up the system and taking a full minute and 25 seconds to load)
my specs are
ryzen 5 1600
16 gb ram
asrock b450 steel legend
crucial mx500 500gb ssd
rx 5600xt
This only happens after it has been running for a few minutes. Other things start hitching and locking up the computer a lot but this made it happen consistently, sometimes it just full on crashes and restarts. I've seen other posts that mention a similar issue and cite faulty hardware as the culprit but when I'm booted in windows I don't have any problems even when stress testing. I'm also on opencore 0.7 I tried updating all my kexts to no avail. I'm pretty new to this so if I left anything important out tell me.
