Catalina Crashes OSX / Apps Cubase 10.5 / Native Instruments

Had many a crashes with the whole system rebooting as well as app crashes with cubase 10.5 and can't seem to get around the crashes with updates to Cubase, Native Instruments and other VST's etc which leads me to think I've messed up the installation process after scanning through some crash logs.
